This privacy policy follows the revised Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (revFADP). Where the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies to a given processing operation — for instance when you access our website from the EU — its provisions apply in addition.
We process personal data only to the extent necessary to provide our services, to communicate with you and to operate this website. We do not sell personal data and do not pass it on to third parties for advertising purposes.
A death concerns particularly sensitive circumstances. Information you entrust to us in connection with a bereavement is processed solely to carry out the engagement and is treated in confidence.

When you call, write to us or use the contact form, we process the details you provide — name, telephone number, email address, destination country and the content of your message — in order to answer your enquiry and, where applicable, to carry out an engagement.
The contact form transmits your details to our web server, which generates an email to our mailbox from them. The message is not stored permanently on the web server; it remains in our mailbox.
We retain enquiries for as long as necessary to process them and to comply with statutory retention obligations. In Switzerland, business records are subject to a ten-year retention requirement.
This website uses Google Analytics 4, a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. We use Google Analytics to understand how our website is used and to improve our content and its findability.
Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies that allow your use to be analysed. Among other things, the pages viewed, the time spent, the approximate location, the device used and the source of the visit are recorded. We also record whether a telephone number or email address was clicked, in order to assess how well our pages work.
